I couldn’t be more impressed with Surf & Turf! My parents had a leak coming in around their chimney, and within an hour, Owen and his crew showed up to solve the problem. My parents were so happy with the response time and the effort Owen put in to make them feel comfortable with the repair, showing them exactly what he did to fix the leak! We are currently set up with another appointment to get the rest of the home done. Couldn’t be happier with this company.
The salesmen were awesome. They showed me a video of the roof damage and explained what they were going to do. I received a follow-up phone call and then another call to tell me when they were going to do the work. The crew arrived on time, did the repairs, and sent pictures of them making the repairs. When they were done, there was not a speck of trash, old roofing, or anything else left behind. The next day, the salesman called to follow up and ask if I had any questions or concerns. These guys are top-notch in my opinion!
Surf & Turf recently repaired my leaking roof, and from start to finish, I was impressed. They thoroughly explained what needed to be done and sent photos as the work was being completed. A rain/snow storm was predicted a few days before they were scheduled to start my job, and one of their team members came by to do a 'temporary fix' to prevent leaking during the storm.
