Our Sales Representatives typically earn over $120,000 in the first year but our top performers make over $200,000.  All training is done in house while on the job.  We prefer to promote from within as over 85% of our managers have advanced from entry positions. Our Roofing Service Technicians earn between $50,000 and $75,000 based on experience. On top of that we offer a monthly bonus structure. All training is done in house. We prefer to promote from within as over 85% of our managers have advanced from entry positions. Benefits available include health and dental insurance. A valid drivers license is required.
